How to Fix Revarta Microphone and Saved Session Issues
Fix common Revarta issues such as a blocked microphone, no recorded audio, or a session that does not appear in your practice history without losing progress.
If Revarta cannot hear you or a session does not appear in your history, first check your browser’s microphone permission and selected input device, then refresh and retry with a short answer. If the issue continues, contact hello@revarta.com with your device, browser, and approximate session time so support can investigate.
How do I allow microphone access?
Open the browser permission controls shown near the address bar, allow microphone access for Revarta, then reload the page. If you use an external microphone, make sure your operating system and browser have selected the same input.
What if my session did not save?
Refresh the page before starting another session, then check your practice history. If the missing session does not appear, contact support with the approximate start time and a description of the problem; do not send audio or sensitive answer content unless support asks for it.
Next step
Review voice, recording, and privacy or start a new practice session.
