REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident before you ever pay us a cent — that's why every account starts with a free trial you can use to experience real mock interviews and feedback firsthand. If you decide Revarta isn't right for you, this policy explains exactly when we'll refund you and how to ask.
We keep this simple and honest: if you paid for time you didn't use, we'll make it right. If you already got the practice you came for, that value has been delivered.
THE SHORT VERSION
- Free trial first. You can try Revarta before you buy. Most people know within a session or two whether it's for them.
- Subscriptions & time-based access (Monthly, 90-Day Access): refundable for the unused portion of your term — as long as you haven't started a mock interview or practice session in that period. Request within 7 days of the charge.
- One-time purchases (Practice Packs, Lifetime Access): non-refundable. These deliver value immediately — credits you can use anytime, or permanent access — so all sales are final.
- Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn't automatically refund a period you've already used.
1. FREE TRIAL
Every new account includes a free trial so you can run real mock interviews and receive real feedback before paying. Because you can evaluate the full experience at no cost, we encourage you to use the trial to decide whether Revarta fits your prep. Paid plans are for people who already know they want more practice.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TIME-BASED ACCESS
This section covers the Monthly Subscription and 90-Day Access — plans where you're paying for a period of access.
2.1 Unused-period refunds
You're eligible for a refund of a billing period if both of the following are true:
- You request the refund within 7 days of the charge for that period, and
- You have not started any mock interview or practice session during that period.
If you qualify, we'll refund that period in full to your original payment method.
2.2 Partial (prorated) refunds after the 7-day window
Even past the 7-day window, if you've never started a mock interview or practice session on a longer prepaid term like 90-Day Access, you can cancel for a prorated refund of the unused days remaining. This is our escape hatch for access you genuinely never used.
The moment you've practiced, though, the term reflects value we've already delivered, and partial refunds no longer apply — we don't refund time you've spent preparing. This keeps the policy fair to everyone: you can't complete your prep in the first stretch and then reclaim the rest.
2.3 Once you've practiced
If you've started a mock interview or practice session during a period, that period reflects value we've already delivered and is non-refundable. You're always free to cancel to prevent the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
2.4 Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not, on its own, trigger a refund for the current period — the refund rules above still apply.
3. ONE-TIME PURCHASES (NON-REFUNDABLE)
This section covers Practice Packs (1-, 3-, and 5-Mock Interview Packs) and Lifetime Access.
These purchases are final and non-refundable, because the value is delivered the moment you buy:
- Practice Packs add mock-interview credits to your account instantly. They never expire, so there's no "unused period" to refund — you can use them whenever you're ready, even months later.
- Lifetime Access grants permanent access immediately and in full.
Please choose these purchases deliberately. If a credit is granted in error, or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll fix it.
4. FAIR USE AND ABUSE
This policy is built on good faith, and we protect it so we can keep offering generous terms to everyone.
- "Usage" means starting any mock interview or practice session after the charge.
- Refunds under Section 2 are intended as a courtesy for people who paid but didn't use the service — not as a way to complete your interview prep and then reclaim the cost.
- We may decline a refund where we see evidence of abuse, including practicing extensively and then requesting a refund, repeated refund requests across accounts or payment methods, or attempts to game the free trial or credit system.
- Refunds obtained through chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
We reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions in your favor — for genuine billing errors, duplicate charges, or clear cases where we got something wrong, we'll always try to do right by you.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at hello@revarta.com from the email address on your account, and include:
- The plan or purchase you'd like refunded, and
- The approximate date of the charge.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear.
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
